LIFE IS UN FUCKING FAIR!!! [Monday April 21st, 2008 at 5:30pm] [ mood | sad ] This is the first time I've posted in almost half a year.... Why is it always the good ones that die young? I thought it was just a saying but now I think I Am starting to believe it. A classmate and a good friend of mine Alex Farese just passed away this afternoon. Last week, on Monday he was at a track meet and after he crossed the finish line, he collapsed. I wasn't there when it happened but from what I heard from friends is that his heart stopped and he was in Cardiac Arrest. He was at a local hospital but his condition got worse so he was sent to Tufts Medical. He was put on a machine and later on in the week they found out that he has more brain damage then they thought. So they ran a test this morning again to make sure and since he's not improving, his family decided to take him off of life support. We haven't heard anything about why his heart just suddenly stopped or anything like that. Farese was probably one of the greatest kid I've met. He's always friendly and no one disliked him. He was obsessed with Guitar Hero and he's wicked smart. And he was athletic and jacked too. So why does it have to be him who dies? He's 18 and just barely started to live, he still had college to go to and the whole college life to exdperience. This is so Unbelievably unfair. [Monday May 21st, 2007 at 10:48pm] [ music | Lips like Morphine - Kill Hannah ] Can I just say... I had a fan-fucking-tastic weekend!!! Friday was a half day and my friends and I went to see Shrek the third. It was ok. Funny but the plot was kind of pointless. Then that evening Marina and I went to Avalon to see a concert on tour. She liked one of the bands a lot, the Sick Puppies, so I agreed to go when she asked me. The concert was amazing. This is where I say I fell in love with one of the other bands their errand boy that were playing, Kill Hannah. They were so amazing live. The only band that I didn't really enjoy was Flyleaf. Their music was good but there was something that I didn't like about it. Couldn't put my finger on it. We stood in line and I bought their CD, which I got it signed by the lead singer, Mat and their Guitarist, Greg. Also I got two pins from them. And when I was paying I was one dollar short, Greg was so nice and told me it's ok. I wanted to get the Sick Puppies badge for marina as a thank you but when I checked my wallet I was 10 cents short XP It was later I figured out that I had another dollar in my wallet. -.- I so could've gotten it. Urg... I didn't do much Sat mostly worked. then sleep. Sunday, I went to another concert in MiddleEast, Central Square with Edwina. There we saw The Candy Spooky Theater. A Japanese band who's on their first overseas tour. omg That concert was fucking amazing. I read somewhere that they are influenced by Nightmare Before Christmas and they weren't kidding. The lead singer is Jack Spooky, the bass is Peggy and their guitarist is Zull. They were all so cute >.< Urgh, I don't know how to explain it but they weren't just cute in an adorable way. I have pictures but right now I want to go to bed. XP There's only 6 days till we go to DC. w00t! Make some music ♪ Edit
